Lots of sales activity this October in the Redondo Beach Townhome and Condo market. The average reduction from the original listing price is 6%. But, it's also interesting to note that six homes that sold above their original listing price. By comparison, October 2008 had a total of 41 townhome/condo sales with an average days on market count of 61, and an average selling price of $815,173. The total sales volume for the period was $31,826,750. 2009's average selling price is $660,534, a decline of 19%.
